Reporting a problem from cheyyar river

I'm Mohan from Thiruvannamalai district , Kalasapakkam .

Here, Cheyyar river is famous and every year it gets filled by water. But in the past 15 years, water is reduced.

Most of the local people in the river Cheyyar surroundings, earns by fishing related activities. The slow depletion of water led to loss of fisheries resources which in turn affects the people livelihood.

Nowadays, many people buy fish from other areas, dry it and selling the dry fish. These people don't have much knowledge about other works and not even educated. They also belongs to fishers community, but didn't aware or have proper reservation.

cheyyar river with water but due to loss of fishing knowledge, they weren't able to do fishing well.

I'm posting this problem to get help from any NGOs who can conduct camp and educate these people. Not only NGOs, students or volunteers with good knowledge on fishing can also help us. It would also be helpful, if we get a fisheries center for training here.
